Our 25mm ID hose with 4 rayon cord plies maintains a working pressure of over 25 kg/cm² even under high-temperature steam at 150–180°C.
In addition, our rayon cord fabric layers undergo a double-side rubber coating process. Each cord ply is coated on both top and bottom surfaces, and each side is coated twice for uniform coverage — meaning four coats per cord ply in total.
